Wow, we are still very impressed by our first expert day at the #ExcellenceForum after the COVID break.
Many thanks to Robin Zimmermann, our host at #SiemensEnergy, which is transforming itself into a solution provider for the #energytransition. Who has a #FutureExperienceLab right on a factory site full of "heavy metal", which was a fantastic conference venue.
"Digital transformation of communication - with data to success"
It was fascinating to see how far #DigitalCommunication has come in a dozen companies after a two-year conference break. Only a real physical meeting with lots of sensory impressions and non-virtual interaction can achieve this.
Am I communicating the right thing correctly? The perspectives merge.
How far the fundamentally different perspectives #agileLeadership/ #agileOrganization/ #agileCulture on the one hand, #Data/ #Analytics/ #Evaluation on the other and #Content/ #Topics/ #DigitalPublishing have come on the path of merging or #Transformation... well, I wouldn't have expected THAT.
At all 15 companies present, these perspectives have converged in such a way that the transitions have become fluid. Everything from a single source: #data analysts are finally talking about the same topics as #communication managers and #editors. (I'm sure our content-one.de has contributed to this).
That's why the conversations and discussions of our participants and speakers always revolved around the same topics and were highly productive for #practice, regardless of the perspective from which they were started.
The result was many #takeaways on how communication can be evaluated, managed and organized.
I am very pleased with the positive feedback that came from all the participants.
We'll see each other again! Either at our next monthly web circle, the next two with #Barmer and #DHL. And of course at the next #ExcellenceFachtag in spring - as always for a confidential exchange of data and experiences with #datadriven. The neglected website will be a focal point
