A marketing model for the stakeholder journey

Account-Based-Engagement is what BCG (Boston Consulting Group) calls its further development of Account-Based-Marketing. Because the digital integration of communication and marketing is inevitable, we used ABE to develop an initial model for both "journeys" for the Excellence Forum with "Account-Based-Journey". It supports both the "Customer Journey" and the currently hotly discussed but still far too nebulous Stakeholder Journey. Here is the model.

Helpful: English label, otherwise everything in German

The model was developed entirely in German. Bridge-building is necessary so that the separate (often hostile) disciplines of marketing, sales and communications have any chance at all of developing a common understanding, at least in this country.
